August Wedding Flowers

august wedding flowers, best bridal flowers

Fresh white and green was the wedding theme for London based bride Caitriona.

She knew that she loved fresh greenery with white flowers and from this we built together the look for her August wedding flowers.

Scented white roses, bouvardia and dark green glossy foliage was the theme for the bouquets with ivory ribbon trimmed stems.

The table decoration flowers followed this lovely classical theme and suited the hotel perfectly. Clean cut hand-tied arrangements of roses, bouvardia, shamrock chrysanthemums and green cymbidium orchids stood in simple clear glass vases and the table settings echoed this elegant, timeless look.

An August Wedding in The Cotswolds .

Like so many others, Caitriona and Max, chose to travel from outside the area to the leafy green cotswolds for their wedding day.

The locations here are so stunning that a bride can be quite spoiled for choice. However Dormy House won the day, with it's easy relaxed atmosphere, oozing centuries of charm combined with far reaching views. Since Caitriona, held her wedding celebrations at Dormy House, there has been a multi-million pound make-over there to transform it and help keep its position as one of the best places in the Cotswolds to hold your wedding or special event.

Striking jade green dresses of the bridesmaids were the perfect foil to the green and white colour scheme of the flowers.

Pretty ivy covered heart shaped wreaths, adorned with fresh green cymbidium orchids and rose buds were tied to the stairs with sheer organza bows. They led the guests to the wedding ceremony rooms.
