The arrangements and bouquets beautifully complimented the venue and wedding dress. I emphasised my desire for seasonal, country flowers native to the UK. The brief was matched perfectly with some great suggestions. As I was not local to the wedding venue, Catherine was always very accommodating in meeting me at the venue or her own home even on a bank holiday. Nothing was too much trouble.”

She brought an abundance of magazines, photo's and her own ideas with her, I already had a good idea of a theme I wanted to carry through but she helped me decide on variation's in size, colour and types of flowers. She took into account the venue (which she went to see) and both mine and my daughters height and build so our bouquets would not swamp us. “I have to admit that I left organising the flowers to just a month before the wedding. I had a clear idea about the colour and the kind of impact that I wanted the flowers to have on the wedding, and I knew from friends what sort of prices were reasonable. However, because I wanted to source flowers locally to where the wedding was taking place I wasn't able to visit different florists in person. Instead I phoned around 8-10 florists to see how and whether they might be able to help without actually meeting me. Catherine was the last florist I called and I was SO glad that I did. She was incredibly helpful, straight talking, well informed, and just very likeable.
She instantly stood out from the other florists I'd talked to. Over the next few days/weeks Catherine and I exchanged numerous emails with images of bouquet/buttonhole/corsages and detailed discussions about the various options and costs. Just the kind of frank information I needed. At the time I was incredibly busy with work and sometimes slow to respond, so Catherine's follow up emails were well timed and well received, not at all pushy. I know that Catherine would probably have preferred to meet me and discuss the order in person, however after seeing images of Catherine’s work on the internet, and getting a sense of her commitment and likability I wasn't at all worried about the final outcome. And, what's more the flowers were absolutely perfect!!! As the photos testify, they really made the wedding.”
