A (two) Country Wedding in the Worcestershire Cotswolds

The Special Relationship came to the Cotswolds in June with the marriage of Travis and Dorothy. They wanted a traditional English wedding with a relaxed, informal, country atmosphere.
For Travis' family, it was their first visit to Britain and the setting at Bretforton in Worcestershire could not have been a more classic English scene.
St Lawrence's Church was the idyllic setting for the ceremony with The Fleece Inn being the perfect country pub for a perfect country wedding.

Dorothy wore a beautiful ballerina length dress - retro-styled with a fabulous lace bolero.
All perfectly matched by her vintage wedding flowers.
Her bouquet comprised of pink peonies, peach stocks, purple astrantia, 'Lydia' spray roses, 'spearmint' roses, 'two-face' roses, white astrantia and amaranthus (love-lies-bleeding). Everything was tied with a silk grey ribbon with matching vintage buttons.
A short walk from the church to their reception at
The Fleece Inn, in Bretforton
where a marquee in the grounds was dressed inside with simple country flowers. The two large country flower baskets from outside the church were moved to the entrance of the marquee to welcome in all Dorothy and Travis' guests.
